My name is Nailah “N Major” Ware, and I am the Founder of NeverOld3ver Music Productions LLC, which I established in 2021. What began as a DJ, MC/Emcee, and beat-making business has since expanded into a multifaceted music production company. Additionally, NeverOld3ver Music Productions has expanded its scope to include not only music production, songwriting, and composition, but also publishing administration.

Currently, I am in my third year at Elon University in Burlington, North Carolina, where I am pursuing a major in Music Production & Recording Arts and minor in Business Administration. In addition to my academic pursuits, I work part-time as an audiovisual technician at the university, where I gain hands-on experience with technical production.

Beyond my studies and work, I also serve as Co-Founder and President of Limitless, a dynamic performance team that I helped create. In this leadership role, I manage a team of over 30 members to produce music showcases both on and off-campus, providing a platform for talented performers to showcase their skills. On weekends, I focus on further developing my craft as a producer and sound engineer by recording and mixing music.

As a passionate advocate for the growth of creative and business-minded individuals, my goal is to provide artists with the support they need to succeed. Whether through production, publishing, or administration, I strive to be a trusted producer and publisher who helps clients realize their artistic and professional potential.
